For your convenience, I use the Simple Practice platform to manage my appointments, complete paperwork, and conduct confidential telehealth sessions. As clients, you can access a client portal that has everything you need for your sessions. The client portal does not use passwords; you “sign in” by requesting an email from Simple Practice that will take you directly to your portal. If you need a new link, please click here. I have moved to an all-online appointment booking system, and clients now book their own appointments. This system will help clear up confusion about booking appointments, and there will be no more back-and-forth communication about scheduling appointments!
Booking guidelines:
- Click the day you would like to book, and then click the time. The appointment will be sent to me to approve, and then you are set to go!
- Clients can only book one appointment at a time. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please do not hesitate to let me know.
- Remember that you or your insurance will be charged if you do not appear to the appointment or cancel within 24 hours. I will make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.
